    MR30 TSR 1x Chainrings

The White Industries TSR 1X Chainring delivers reliable chain retention and efficient power transfer for modern 8–12-speed 1x drivetrains. We precision-machine every chainring in our Petaluma, California facility using premium aluminum. As a result, every chainring offers exceptional strength, durability, and long-lasting performance.

The TSR, which stands for Tall-Short-Ring, features a narrow-wide tooth profile that securely grips the chain. This design helps reduce chain drops on rough trails, gravel roads, and technical terrain. Therefore, it’s an excellent choice for mountain bikes, gravel bikes, cyclocross bikes, and adventure bikes. It is also fully compatible with singlespeed drivetrains.

For more than 30 years, White Industries has designed and manufactured precision bicycle components that combine performance, reliability, and craftsmanship. The TSR 1X Chainring continues that tradition with carefully engineered tooth profiles that deliver smooth pedaling and dependable chain retention on every ride.

Most chainrings are precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, a material known for its outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. Meanwhile, 48T through 52T chainrings are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. This material provides the additional strength and stiffness needed for larger chainring sizes.

Whether you’re racing, exploring new trails, or commuting every day, the White Industries TSR 1X Chainring is built to perform. It delivers quiet operation, dependable chain retention, and the premium American-made quality riders have trusted for decades.

  • Fixed Gear Cogs

    Fixed Gear Cogs

    Product Details

Our fixed gear cogs utilize a proprietary spline system in place of the standard thread-on cog system that locates the cog on our Track and ENO hubs.  This allows pedaling forces on the cog to be carried by the spline as opposed to threads.  No threads means no stripped cogs or hubs!  Made from heat treated, electroless-nickel plated 8620 steel, they are super-tough and available in both 3/32” and ⅛” widths, and from 13T-20T in 1 tooth increments.

    Freewheel Outer Gears

    Product Details

When we designed our freewheels we intentionally made them rebuildable rather than disposable.  If you ride a lot, eventually you are going to need a new outer gear.  We recommend replacing your chain (and probably your chainring too) when replacing your outer gear because worn out chains don’t usually work well with new outer gears.
