    VBC 2x Chainring Hardware Sets

The White Industries VBC 2X Chainring Hardware Set securely fastens your VBC inner and outer chainrings together, ensuring reliable performance and precise shifting. Precision-machined for an accurate fit, this hardware is designed specifically for White Industries VBC 2X chainring systems.

If you’re purchasing a complete VBC 2X Chainring Set, the hardware is already included, and the chainrings arrive fully assembled. However, if you’re purchasing individual inner and outer chainrings, you’ll need this hardware set to complete your drivetrain.

White Industries offers two versions of VBC chainrings. V1 chainrings are designed for 9–11-speed drivetrains, while V2 chainrings are compatible with 9–12-speed drivetrains. Before ordering, refer to the technical documents below to identify which version of chainrings you have and to review the installation instructions.

The White Industries VBC 2X Chainring Hardware Set is also the perfect replacement if you’ve misplaced hardware during maintenance or simply want to keep a spare set in your toolbox.

    Product Details

Since 1996 White Industries has partnered with the folks at Enduro to ensure that the bearings we install in all our products are of the highest standards.  Along the way Enduro has continually sought out better materials, seals, greases, tolerances and manufacturing techniques to stay on the cutting edge of bearing development and performance.  Our hubs come standard with Enduro high-carbon chromium steel bearings which have the best price/performance ratio, but if you are seeking the absolute pinnacle of bearing performance, we also offer Enduro XD15’s which features ceramic balls rotating in aerospace developed, nitrogen-infused, super-stainless-steel bearing races and come with a limited lifetime warranty.

  • Bottom Bracket Spindle Spacer Kits

    Bottom Bracket Spindle Spacer Kits

With all the different bottom bracket styles, frame manufacturers, and component makers out there you’re bound to run into situations where spindle spacers may be needed to make your particular frame/crank/bottom bracket combination fit correctly together.  Because there’s no way for us to know what your particular situation might be, we offer “kits” to cover a wide variety of combinations.

We offer three spindle kits for 24mm, 29mm and 30mm spindles.  The 24mm and 30mm spindle kits also come with one “wavy” washer which goes on the spindle and acts as a bearing “preload” mechanism for crank arms that do not use a built-in bearing preload adjuster.

    Specs

    • The 24mm spindle kit includes:
      • Two .5mm spindle spacer, nylon
      • Three 1mm spindle spacers, aluminum
      • Two 2.5mm spindle spacers, aluminum
      • One 24mm wavy washer, steel
      • Spacers/wavy washer go between the bottom bracket seals and the crank arm
      • Fits 24mm spindle cranks such as Shimano, etc.

    • The 29mm spindle kit includes:
      • Two .5mm spindle spacer, nylon
      • Three 1mm spindle spacers, aluminum
      • Two 2.5mm spindle spacers, aluminum
      • No wavy washer
      • Spacers sit between the bottom bracket seals and the crank arm
      • Fits SRAM DUB 29mm spindle cranks

    • The 30mm spindle kit includes:
      • Two .5mm spindle spacer, nylon
      • Three 1mm spindle spacers, aluminum
      • Two 2.5mm spindle spacers, aluminum
      • One 30mm wavy washer, steel

  • External T47 Bottom Bracket

    External T47 Bottom Bracket

    Product Details

White Industries external T47 style bottom brackets are made here in our shop and feature Enduro stainless steel angular contact bearings or optional Enduro XD-15 ceramic-hybrid radial bearings.  We offer them with three different bearing sizes to help you fit your favorite crank to your favorite bike.  “T47” is a bottom bracket standard that White Industries helped develop in 2016 and allows for a greater weld area for bigger frame tubes as well as room inside the shell for internally routed cables and wires.

The “T” stands for “threaded” and the “47” is the nominal 47mm outside thread diameter of the cup. T47 bottom bracket cups are not compatible with the much smaller (and more common) threaded BSA BB shells.  The “external” designation on this bottom bracket refers to the fact that the bearings sit “outboard” of 68mm and 73mm wide bottom bracket shells, as opposed to our “internal” T47 bottom brackets where the bearings sit “inboard” of 86mm and 92mm wide bottom bracket shells.  If you have an 86mm or 92mm wide T47 bottom bracket shell on your frame, you will need one of our “internal” T47 bottom brackets.

    Press Fit 86/92 Bottom Bracket

    Product Details

This bottom bracket is designed for 30mm spindle cranks installed into press fit style BB86 and BB92 bottom bracket shells that have an internal diameter of 41mm. It uses 30mm ID bearings to work with our MR30 series cranks as well as many other manufacturers that use 30mm spindles.  This unique design utilizes Enduro stainless steel double row flanged bearings that press directly into the BB shell.  This allows more room for bigger diameter balls as well as doubling the number of balls per side, both of which greatly increase the durability and life of the bearings.
