Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Product Questions

Are your hubs serviceable?

Absolutely. Every White Industries hub is designed to be fully serviceable. Bearings, freehub bodies, pawls, springs, and small parts can all be replaced when necessary.

How often should I service my hubs?

Service intervals depend on riding conditions. Riders in dry conditions may only need annual maintenance, while wet or muddy conditions may require more frequent cleaning and lubrication.

Can I replace my hub bearings myself?

Yes. Many experienced home mechanics replace bearings themselves using the proper tools. If you’re unsure, we recommend visiting your local bike shop.

Do replacement parts remain available?

Yes. One of our core philosophies is supporting products long after purchase. We stock replacement parts for many current and legacy products whenever possible.

Are your components compatible with other brands?

Many White Industries products are designed around common industry standards. Compatibility depends on the specific component and drivetrain configuration. Please refer to individual product pages or contact us if you’re unsure.

Which freehub body do I need?

We offer multiple freehub body options for different drivetrain systems. Check your cassette manufacturer and drivetrain specifications, or contact us and we’ll help determine the correct option.

Can I convert my hub to a different axle standard?

Many of our hubs can be converted using the appropriate axle conversion kit or end caps. Compatibility varies by hub model.

Warranty & Service

Do White Industries products have a warranty?

White Industries provides a limited five year warranty on all our products to the original owner of the product. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or labor costs associated with replacing the part.

How do I start a warranty claim?

Contact us with your proof of purchase, product information, and photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

Installation & Maintenance

Where can I find installation instructions?

Installation instructions, torque specifications, and technical information are available on individual product pages and in our Technical Resources section.

What grease should I use?

We recommend using a quality lithium grease appropriate for bearings and freehub service. Always follow the maintenance recommendations provided for your specific product. Freewheels use a light oil for the Pawls and springs.

Do I need special tools?

Some service procedures require bearing presses, cassette tools, or proprietary service tools. Check the service documentation before beginning any maintenance.
